After installing the app, create the “Message field”. Then set contexts and screens.

After installing the app, create a Message Field custom field and add it to the required screens.
- Administration > Issues > Custom Fields > Add Custom Field.
- Select Message Field, set context and screens.
- The banner’s position equals the field’s position on the screen – drag it where it should appear.
