This Privacy Policy explains how JiBrok (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit jibrok.com and use our products. JiBrok is a software company based in the European Union (Republic of Cyprus). JiBrok is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website.
Data We Collect
Website Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
When you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage data, including:
- Pages visited and time spent on pages
- Referral source (how you arrived at our website)
- Browser type, operating system, and screen resolution
- Approximate geographic location (country/city level, derived from anonymized IP)
What we do NOT collect: names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information through analytics.

The relevant authority for JiBrok is the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your member state of habitual residence.

Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA (California Residents)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide you with the following rights:
- Right to know: You can request what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
- Right to delete: You can request deletion of your personal information.
- Right to opt-out of sale/sharing: We do not sell or share your personal information as defined under CCPA/CPRA.
- Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor the GPC browser signal as a valid opt-out request, as required by CCPA/CPRA. If your browser sends a GPC signal, analytics cookies will be automatically declined.

On-Premise Add-ons/Apps
None of our on-premise add-ons (apps) collect any analytics or personal information. Your data does not leave your own servers under any circumstances.
Atlassian Marketplace
Our add-ons/apps are sold on Atlassian Marketplace. If you generate an evaluation license or purchase a license for any of our add-ons, Atlassian Marketplace provides us contact information of the licensee. We do not store this information on our own servers and only access it through the Atlassian Marketplace interface when required.
We may use the contact email address provided by Atlassian Marketplace to send you service-related communications such as license expiry notices, security advisories, and critical product updates. These communications are based on our legitimate interest in service continuity (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or bulk promotional communications.
To opt out of all communications, send a request to support@jibrok.com and we will not contact you again.
Support Requests
To create a support request in our issue tracker you need to provide an email address and name. Our issue tracker allows public access and if you create an issue your name will be associated with the issue and it will be visible to others (your email is only visible to us, not others). If you prefer, you can contact us and ask that your request shall be private between you and us. We will process this request within 1 business day. At anytime you may request your account to be removed from our issue tracker and we will comply with your request within 1 business day. If you prefer, you can completely skip our issue tracker and contact us directly for support requests. In that case your support request will be handled privately.

International Data Transfers
When you consent to analytics cookies, usage data is processed by Google LLC, which may transfer data to servers outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States. Google participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which provides an adequate level of data protection as recognized by the European Commission. JiBrok does not independently transfer your personal data outside the EEA. Our support systems are provided by Atlassian (Help Center), which maintains its own data processing and transfer safeguards.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected individuals without undue delay, in accordance with GDPR Article 34.
Children’s Privacy
This website and our products are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us at privacy@jibrok.com and we will promptly delete it.
