The timer is always in one of the states
RUNNING - the timer is running, the countdown is running. If the calendar is not working hours, that pause is shown only in the interface.
I can change my goals, depending on the settings.
PAUSE - the timer is paused. I can change my goals, depending on the settings.
COMPLETED - the timer is stopped and its time has not ended. The goal cannot change.
FAILED - The timer is stopped and its time is up. The goal cannot change.
